When the water pipe has a hard break (dead bend) or falls off, so that the water pump fails, it must be repaired in time to avoid power drop or even equipment damage.
Cleaning and maintenance, good ventilation and cleaning and maintenance of the machine tool at any time are necessary for the normal operation of the machine tool. Ambient temperature and humidity Ambient temperature shall be within the range of 5-35 ℃. Special attention shall be paid to:
(1) Prevent the circulating water in the laser tube from freezing, and completely drain the water after shutdown;
(2) When starting up, the laser current must be preheated for more than 5 minutes before it can work. In rainy days and humid environments, the laser power supply needs to be preheated for a longer time. The high voltage can only be added after the humidity is removed to prevent the breakdown of the high voltage circuit.When the "Laser High Voltage" key and the "Laser High Voltage" key are correctly used to dial, the laser power supply is in the standby state. When the "manual light" or computer misoperation occurs, the laser will emit, unintentionally injuring people and objects. Therefore, it is required to turn off the "laser high voltage" at any time after completing a piece of work, if it is not continuous processing (the laser current can not be turned off), and the operator is not allowed to leave without permission when the machine is working to avoid accidents. It is recommended that the continuous working time be less than 5 hours, and the rest time can be 30 minutes.
Keep away from the sudden interference of large power and strong vibration equipment, which may sometimes cause machine failure. Although it is rare, it should be avoided as far as possible. Therefore, large electric welding machines, giant electric mixers and large power transmission and transformation equipment should be kept away. It goes without saying that strong vibration equipment, such as forging press, vibration caused by close distance motor vehicle walking, etc., the obvious shaking of the ground is very unfavorable to accurate carving.
As long as the lightning protection measures of the building are reliable. A "good grounding" in this section can also help prevent lightning. Special suggestion: In areas with unstable power supply (such as voltage fluctuation of more than 5%), users should install a regulated power supply with a capacity of at least 3000W to prevent sudden voltage fluctuation from burning the circuit or computer.
Maintain the stability of the control PC. The control PC is mainly used for controlling engraving equipment. In addition to installing the necessary graphic design software, please do not use it for special purpose. Since the computer is equipped with network card and anti-virus firewall, it will seriously affect the speed of the control machine. Please do not install an antivirus firewall on the control machine. If you need a network card for data communication, please disable the network card before starting the engraving machine.
Maintenance of guide rail: during the movement of guide rail, a large amount of dust will be produced due to the processed materials. Maintenance method: first, wipe off the original lubricating oil and dust on the guide rail with a cotton cloth, and then apply a layer of lubricating oil on the surface and side of the guide rail. Fan maintenance: after the fan works for a period of time, a large amount of dust will accumulate in the fan and exhaust pipe, which will affect the fan's exhaust efficiency, causing a large amount of smoke and dust to be unable to be discharged. Maintenance method: loosen the connecting hose between the exhaust pipe and the fan, remove the exhaust pipe, and remove the dust in the exhaust pipe and the fan. Maintenance cycle: about one month.
Screw fastening: after the motion system works for a certain time, the screws at the motion joints will become loose, which will affect the stability of mechanical movement. Maintenance method: Use the attached tools to tighten the screws one by one. Maintenance cycle: about one month.
Lens maintenance: after the machine has been working for a period of time, the lens will stick a layer of dust on the surface due to the working environment, which will reduce the reflectivity of the mirror and the transmittance of the lens, and ultimately affect the working power of the laser. Maintenance method: Use absorbent cotton dipped in ethanol to gently wipe the lens surface clockwise to remove dust.
