2. The machine tool itself
The engraving machine is the executor of the engraving process and the provider of the engraving power. Whether the engraving machine is selected correctly during processing and whether the current state of the engraving machine is normal will become the influencing factors of the broken knife.
3. Tool
The clamping state of the engraving machine tool is also an influencing factor for the broken tool. For example, the tool is not properly clamped, the radial runout is large, or the length of the tool is too long, which may cause the broken tool.
4. Materials
The engraving material is the object to be processed. If the material itself has uneven hardness and impurities, it will cause the knife to break.
5. Workpiece clamping
If the workpiece clamping is not solid or the clamping is not firm, it will cause the tool to break.
6. Cutting fluid
It is obvious when machining hard metals.
7. Surrounding environment
For example, there is a vibration source around that will affect the processing state and cause the tool to break. The voltage is unstable or exceeds the working range of the engraving machine, resulting in abnormal working state of the machine tool, which will also cause the tool to break.
