Common fault one
CNC engraving machine alarm common fault: overtravel alarm, indicating that the CNC engraving machine has exceeded the limit during the entire operation process, check according to the following procedures:
1. Whether the graphic specifications designed and conceived exceed the scope of production and processing.
2. Check whether the connection line between the motor shaft of the CNC engraving machine and the ball screw electrode is loose, if so, please tighten the screw.
3. Whether the CNC engraving machine and the electronic computer are properly grounded.
4. Does the current coordinate value exceed the scale of the software limit switch?
Common fault two
CNC engraving machine overtravel alarm and elimination:
1. All fitness axes are automatically set in the light-emitting state. If you always press the manual direction key, when the equipment leaves the limit (ie, get rid of the over-travel switch), the connection fitness exercise can be repaired anytime and anywhere;
2. When moving the console, pay attention to the moving position, and be sure to put an end to the limit
Common fault three
CNC engraving machine no alarm fault:
1. If the repeated machining accuracy is insufficient, check according to item 2 of Article 1.
2. When the computer is running and the machine is not moving, check whether the connector between the computer control card and the electrical box is loose. If so, insert and tighten the set screw. Imported pump valve industrial washing machine.
3. The CNC engraving machine cannot find the signal when returning to the mechanical origin, check according to Article 2. The proximity switch at the mechanical origin fails.
Common fault four
CNC engraving machine output failure: 1. There is no output, please check if the computer and the control box are connected correctly. 2. Open the engraving manager settings to see if the space is full, and delete unused files in the manager. 3. Check whether the wiring of the signal line is loose, and carefully check whether all the lines are connected.
Common fault five
Common faults in manual engraving of CNC engraving machine: 1. Is the screw in each position loose? 2. Check whether the relative path of self-solving is appropriate. 3. Is the document very large and the electronic computer processing errors? 4. Adjust the spindle bearing speed ratio of CNC engraving machine to incorporate different raw materials (usually 8000-24000). 5. Unscrew the knife collet, turn the knife to hold it in one direction, and put the knife down to prevent the hand-carved block from being smooth. 6. Check whether the CNC blade is unfavorable, replace the new knife, and manually carve it again.
