Drainage Skills Of Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

The requirements for water cooling of optical fiber laser cutting machine equipment are very high. Many optical fiber laser cutting machines have several sets of water cooling measures, and there is also a set of water cooling system for laser lens cooling. Therefore, during the use of optical fiber laser cutting machine, the water cooling system plays an important role and should also pay attention to its correct use and maintenance.

 

Drainage method of fiber laser cutting machine:
Water cooler and water tank dedicated to optical fiber laser cutting machine Main drainage parts: water tank, pipeline, water pump head, filter, deionization tank (optional)

 

1. Disconnect the power supply of the equipment involved in drainage.
2. Water tank drainage method: open the drain valve (or drain plug) at the bottom of the water tank to drain the water from the water tank. If necessary, tilt the water cooler to a certain angle to make the drainage cleaner.
3. Drainage in pipelines and lasers: first pull out the four water pipes, and then blow compressed air from the pipeline drainage inlet and outlet for 1 minute respectively to force the water stored in the pipeline back to the water tank, and drain water from the water tank drainage outlet.
4. Unscrew the filter element in the refrigerator and drain the water in the filter element.
5. Open the water tank cover and observe whether there is still water in the water tank (you can use compressed air to connect with the water supply port again for back blowing to force the residual water in the pipeline, laser (pipe) and water pump back to the water tank, and then discharge it from the water tank drain port). If there is, slightly tilt the chiller to drain the water or use a dry towel to absorb the water.
6. Water pump head drainage: unscrew the drainage screw under the water pump to drain the water in the pump. It is recommended to use compressed air to blow out the residual water in the pump head, and then tighten the drainage screw.
7. Drainage of filter and deionization tank: open the drain valve at the bottom of filter and deionization tank or plexiglass shell to drain the residual water.
