This kind of situation is generally caused by the replacement of the laser cutting nozzle, the overheating of the laser cutting nozzle, or the unequal main parameters. No matter what the situation is, in the final analysis, or the capacitor value of the steering headlight head has changed, which immediately endangers the stability of the laser cutting head.
The laser cutting head of optical fiber laser cutting is unstable, so it is OK to measure the capacitor value again and store the main parameters. I have summarized the following work experience for your reference:
1. The tracking distance of laser cutting head is too large. Turn on the steering head lamp cap to adjust the mobile phone software, and check whether the following distance is set properly; Adjust the upper limit value and lower limit value of laser cutting, and the same proportion will rise. A suitable mark value is detected.
2. Everything is normal after the laser cutting head hits the plate. This kind of situation is generally the main parameter problem. It can reduce the upper limit value and lower limit value of the laser cutting head in the same proportion, and everything will be normal if the laser cutting head catches up.
3. Remove the ceramic ring to see if the capacitance is still 0. If not, the ceramic ring may be damaged. Replace the ceramic ring.
4. During the whole process of laser cutting, the laser cutting head suddenly rises fully automatically. When such a situation occurs, try to stop the laser operation as soon as possible, and observe whether the copper nozzle of the steering head lamp head is hot. If it is hot, it indicates that the laser light path of the laser is skewed, causing the copper nozzle to overheat and the capacitor value to change. Generally, adjusting the laser light path can solve such problems.
