Multi heads cnc router with rotary machine Features:
1,The machine is 6 heads cnc router. each head with 2.2kw spindle. and the spindle can optional water cooling or air-cooling ,the spindle speed is 6000-24000rpm.
2,The machine with DSP 4 axis control system. or NC studio /Mach3 control system with 4 axis. easy to operate and working stabely.
3,The Multi heads cnc router with rotary machine with 6 Rotary aixs for 3D carving, working length is 1500-2000mm . for 3D furniture legs, sculptures, boddha, pen-box , Stair handrails carving.
4,XY is rack and gear transmission which ensures the working speed is high about 25000-50000mm/min. (it is up to the materials). Z axis is ball screw which ensure the working accuracy 3D carving.
5,Taiwan Hiwin guide rails on X Y Z axis and 25mm.
6,Heavy-duty machine frame welded with 8mm thick industrial steel tubes.
