The laser engraver and cnc router all-in-one machine has mutifunctions , engraving and cutting various materials. The machine equipped a 3.2KW high-power water-cooled spindle and an efficient laser head. It can process metal and non-metal materials.

 

 

1. The machine equipped 3.2kw water-cooled spindle and co2 laser head, It has both cnc router and laser engraving functions.

2. The square tube welding structure makes the bed not easy to deform and has long service life.

3. The Weihong CNC system controls the water-cooled spindle, and the Ruida CNC system control laser head. Both control software support CAD/CAM format software.

4. High-speed stepper motors and drivers ensure that the machine can work at high speed and stably.

5. The X-Y-Z axis uses high-quality square rails ,ensure the machine can work stably.

6. Laser engraver and cnc router can cutting, slotting, punching, flat engraving, 3D engraving, relief and other processing.

 

 

 

 

Lathe bed and working table 

Steel pipe welding structure and specially reinforced gantry, so the overall structure is stable.
The aluminum work table with PVC strips prevents scratches and damage to tools.

 

 

Spindle and laser head
The laser engraver and cnc router use 3.2kw water-cooled spindle, which can engrave and cut almost all materials, and it cools down quickly ,so it has long working time.
The co2 laser head can engrave and cut non-metal materials, and use Reci laser tube, which has a high laser utilization rate.

 

 

Control system
This machine has two systems:
1. Weihong control system that control the water-cooled spindle, supports software that can output G codes, and is computer controlled.
2. Ruida control system controls the laser head engraving and cutting, LCD button operation, and supports USB input.
