5. Failure analysis of small metal engraving machine:
1) There are two reasons for limit opening and triggering or beyond the working range; mechanical triggering of limit switches and interference triggering; check whether the machine has returned to the origin before operating and processing, and whether the processing data parameters exceed the processing size of the mechanical table.
2) Check the sensing point of the limit switch to see if there is any workpiece scrap contact, if there is workpiece scrap contact, clean up the workpiece scrap problem and deal with it; if there is no metal object contact, check the limit switch wiring to find out the problem of the line failure, the fault is the can be removed.
3) After the machine has a limit alarm, it should automatically stop working. At this time, in the operation control system, select the item "Return to Mechanical Origin" under the "Operation" menu, clear the three axes at the same time, and then continue at the fixed point. problem can be dealt with.
