The maintenance of small CNC engraving machines is crucial in daily use, and the following are some aspects that need to be noted:

Mechanical component maintenance
Guide rail and slider: Regularly wipe the guide rail and slider with a clean soft cloth to remove dust, debris, and other impurities, preventing them from entering the interior of the slider and affecting accuracy and smooth operation. And drip an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, such as sewing machine oil, at regular intervals to reduce friction and extend service life.
Screw: Keep the screw clean to prevent foreign objects from adhering. Check the lubrication condition of the lead screw. If the surface of the lead screw is found to be dry, apply specialized lead screw lubricating oil to ensure transmission accuracy and efficiency.
Belt: Check the tension of the belt. If it is too loose or too tight, adjust it in a timely manner. If the belt is worn or cracked, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid affecting the transmission accuracy of the engraving machine.

Electrical system maintenance
Motor: Regularly clean the dust on the surface of the motor to ensure good heat dissipation. At the same time, check whether the motor connection wire is loose. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened in a timely manner to prevent poor contact from affecting the normal operation of the motor.
Drivers and controllers: Keep the cooling fans of the drivers and controllers running normally, and regularly clean the dust on the surfaces of the fans and equipment. Avoid using equipment in environments with high temperatures, humidity, or corrosive gases to prevent damage to electronic components.
Wire and cable: Check for any damage or aging of the wire and cable, and replace them in a timely manner to prevent short circuits or leakage accidents. Ensure that all connecting plugs and sockets are securely fastened to avoid poor contact caused by looseness.
