Today, I would like to share with you the difference between the two most commonly used vibrators and the materials they are applicable to.
Round knife blade
Working principle: The working principle of the round knife blade is to use the rotation of the blade to cut, similar to the circular woodworking table saw used for woodworking. Then the mechanical arm drives the blade to move on the workbench and adjust the angle to achieve arbitrary shape cutting.
Advantages: The round knife has good cutting effect, smooth and flat edges, no burrs, loose edges, patterns, and no focal edge effect of laser cutting.
Disadvantages: The blade shape of a round knife is round, so when cutting materials with thickness, the curvature will lead to the difference between the upper and lower cutting distances and the middle, which will lead to the over cutting phenomenon in the cutting process, which will become more obvious with the increase of the thickness of the cutting materials.
Applicable materials: according to the characteristics of round knife cutting, round knife is suitable for cutting single-layer materials or grid cloth.
Vibrating blade
Working principle: The working principle of the vibrating knife is completely different from that of the round knife. It uses the vibration in the vertical direction of the knife to cut. Then the mechanical arm drives the blade to move on the workbench and adjust the angle to achieve arbitrary shape cutting.
Features: The vibrating knife has fast cutting speed and good cutting effect. Because the vibrating knife is the cutting method of up and down vibration, the cutting effect of multi-layer materials is also very good.
Applicable materials: vibrating knife can be used for cutting multi-layer materials and plates.
Apart from the difference between the cutting blade of the vibrating knife and the round knife, the other configurations and parameters are basically the same. They also support customization. Of course, there are some minor differences. Welcome to consult us. Telephone:+86-15054105646, Email: Jackie@Ht-cnc net。
